YESCOM USA, INC is seeking a Presale Call Center Agent to join our fast- growing and exciting team. You will experience a casual work environment, attractive benefits, and room for your growth. The Presale Call Center Agent works from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is responsible for inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, offering useful advice on closing orders while addressing any pre-sales inquiries. Listen and understand customer's needs, clarify information, research every concern, and provide solutions and/or alternatives while adhering to all company policies and procedures. JOB DESCRIPTION Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. * Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. * Positive experience through live chat communication. * Offer useful advice on closing orders while addressing any pre-sales inquiries. * Establish and cultivate positive relationships with all types of customers, including those who shop in our stores, businesses that purchase from us, and VIP clients. * Listen and understand customer's needs, clarify information, research every concern, and provide solutions and/or alternatives while adhering to all company policies and procedures. * Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way. * Manage and update customer profiles with customer labeling in the database. * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. * Attending training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance. * Assist walk-in customers. * Manager may assign more tasks as needed. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High School Diploma/GED, or relevant * 1-2 years of call center experience (Preferred) * Knowledge of e-commerce (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart etc.) will be preferred. * Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
