About JETSET Pilates JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates experience designed to strengthen both body and mind. We're redefining what it means to move -- combining community, confidence, and consistency inside a luxe, uplifting studio environment. We're looking for a Studio Lead who is passionate about people, detail- oriented in operations, and thrives in an energetic, wellness-focused setting. You'll be the heartbeat of the studio--leading by example, creating a welcoming environment, and driving both performance and culture. What You 'll Do * Lead daily studio operations with excellence and organization * Inspire and support instructors, front desk, and members-- helping ensure every class delivers a J ETSET experience * Work sales leads, intro offer conversions, and membership goals * Study the studio schedule, class rosters, meet members with positivity and welcome them!
