DESCRIPTION: This is a contractor position that gives you the freedom of building your own inspection schedule. Get paid WEEKLY and manage your schedule, expenses, and taxes on your terms. DUTIES: * Schedule, route, and complete residential and/or commercial property inspection reports in your assigned territory. * Obtain photos of property and on-site dwellings, reporting any hazards, deficiencies, and property information on our innovative proprietary forms. * If required, sketch a footprint of the dwelling and any on-site outbuildings. * Meet time service deadlines and strive to submit reports within 48 hours of completing your inspections. Quick turnarounds can lead to more assignments and higher income. QUALIFICATIONS : * General knowledge in construction, property, and/or inspections, or a related field. * Property Inspection experience a bonus REQUIREMENTS: * Availability during daytime hours Monday-Friday for inspections and training * Federal EIN for 1099 contractor position * Access to smart phone and computer * Dependable vehicle needed * A P&C License cannot be held while simultaneously working this role. COMPENSATION: * Fees are paid WEEKLY per inspection via direct deposit as a 1099 Independent Contractor. * Fees range depending on survey type and length of inspection.
