Complete Property Maintenance, Inc. is currently offering an opportunity for a candidate with a background and/or work related experience in all phases of lawn maintenance, irrigation, pest, fertilization, and landscape services. The Account Manager will be directly involved with all personnel to provide consistent communication to ensure quality and cost-effective services to our customers and communities. Responsibilities: * Understand communities and client needs through communication with the team. * Manage account services, people, and equipment. * Coordinate with management to identify staff needs, hire personnel, and prepare schedules. * Request purchase orders to comply with company guidelines * Manage all required procedures for time sheets, billing, and schedules. * Maintain highest level of safety standards and track incidents. * Train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees * Propose/estimate new jobs and invoice completed jobs. Required Qualifications: * Horticulture, scheduling, work order response, and estimating experience. * Community and HOA experience. * Clean Florida driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: * 3 to 5 years of experience. * Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole).
