The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for Retail Sales Associates for our Schaumburg Subaru location! We offer a brand-new facility, excellent benefits, aggressive pay, and generous bonuses. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will receive training for certification from our Manufacturers as well as support and training from the in-store Management team. Most of our Managers have been grown in house from Sales Associates to Management and offer years of experience to guide you on your road to success. Retail Sales Associates have access to several lead generating sites as well as an advanced CRM tool to assist in producing sales. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain an expertise level of product knowledge for customer demonstration * Work the CRM tool for a high level of sales effectiveness * Assist customers in the completion of their applicable sales documents * Follow sales process as defined by management * Build a successful referral network * Complete Manufacturer specific training as needed REQUIREMENTS: * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Strong negotiation skills * Quality customer service skills * Good sales and/or customer service track record * Authorized to work in the US * Must have a valid driver's license We offer a competitive pay plan with weekly salary and monthly bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
