About Debthelper.com Credit Card Management Services, Inc. dba Debthelper.com is a 501c3 Non-Profit Debt Management, Housing Counseling Agency in West Palm Beach (near the outlets). Debthelper assists consumers with management of their credit card debt. WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Modern office setting * On-the-job training * Lively atmosphere * Casual work attire * Relaxed atmosphere * Regular social events * Friendly and safe Debthelper is currently looking for a DMP CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST for a position at our West Palm Beach Office. The position involves helping consumers with unsecured debt work out a plan to reduce their interest rates to pay their debts down faster. DMP Clerks will work closely with counselors to: * Map out creditor details * Create service agreements * Offer affordable payments on existing credit accounts * Add new creditors to the database * Update budgets * Answer consumer questions Debthelper does not offer loans. Debthelper offers credit card debt restructure programs. This position is not sales. HOURS: The job working hours are between 8:45 am and 5:45 pm (with some flexibility). Debthelper is currently looking a dedicated full time employee scheduled for five 8 hour days per week, in office. The job entails providing extraordinarily compassionate active listening, providing completion of tasks timely and being extremely attentive to detail, 10-key accuracy, organizational skills, triaging priorities and other duties. EXPERIENCE: Never heard of us? Other successful applicants have had: former mortgage loan processing, insurance enrollment, hospitality reservationists, medical coding, real estate, credit counseling or car loan processing experience. If you have extensive computer and organization skills this position may be right for you as this position is largely computer based.
