We are currently seek a Part-Time Concierge to join our team at The Manor at York Town. The Manor at York Town is a premier retirement community located in Jamison, PA. * 4:15pm to 12:15am * Saturdays only The position of Concierge supports the mission statement and values of The Manor at York Town and recognizes resident rights to ensure an atmosphere which will allow for the privacy, dignity, and well being of all residents in a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities include: * Answer incoming calls, direct callers to proper parties, take and distribute messages. * Greet and direct all visitors and residents appropriately. Assist those who have requests. * Accept packages, log receipt of packages, and notify residents and staff of package delivery. * Be the first point of contact for emergency procedures. * Maintain good public relations with a positive work attitude in the work environment. Be respectful and courteous to residents, families and friends of residents. * Support community sales effort by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting The Manor at York Town as a great place to live. Education and Experience * High School graduate or equivalent. * Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to use a computer for basic typing and data entry * Previous experience operating a multi-line telephone system preferred Benefits Industry leading Paid time off Annual vacation buy-back program.
