Job Description: Our client in East Hanover, NJ is looking to add a candidate to their Ecommerce team. This is a temp- to hire opportunity. Position Summary: Member and leader of the ecommerce fulfillment team whose task is to lead the ecommerce team to pack finished goods for online orders and for sample requests. Responsibilities include to Oversee ecommerce employees.. Prepare online orders and shipping labels for fulfillment and shipment according to procedure. Delegate tasks and prioritize sale orders that need to be fulfilled and shipped. Responsibilities: * Process sample requests from the marketing and sales order team in accordance to their specific instructions. * Oversee that sample requests and online orders are fulfilled accurately and timely. * Report any food safety and quality issues to the Quality Systems Manager/SQFP or designee. * Maintain good housekeeping in work areas. * Ensure daily paperwork is accurately completed and orders are picked and updated using the computer and mobile devices. * Log performance, communicate shift status, and complete end of shift report in the company database. * Drive performance of the ecommerce team to meet shift goals. * Ensure colleagues are adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and OSHA Safety Standards within a food production environment. Qualifications: * High School diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. * Preferred 2+ years' experience in a warehouse and/or food production environment. * Ability to read, write, and understand English, preferred bilingual English/Spanish. * Able to complete physical work such as bending, lift up to 50 lbs., and standing for up to 8-10 hours at a time. * Trained on how to operate a manual pallet jack and forklift is a preferred. * Basic computer skills. * Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers. * Excellent work ethic, always on time and very reliable. * Extremely detail oriented and consistent. -A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner. Job Type: Full-time Schedule - Monday- Friday 9AM- 5PM Salary: Dependent on experience.
