Responsibilities * Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy * Assist clients in scheduling appointments and bookings accurately and efficiently * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly * Maintain accurate records of bookings using data entry and Microsoft Office tools * Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback * Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy * Utilize phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients * Support outbound calling campaigns to promote services and follow up on leads * Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met effectively * Maintain organized client files and documentation for easy access and reference Skills * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates are preferred * Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or promote additional services * Excellent customer support and client service skills * Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills * Effective phone etiquette and communication skills * Experience in outbound calling or call center environments is a plus * Good analysis skills to interpret client needs and provide suitable solutions * Cash handling experience is advantageous * Fast typing skills for efficient data entry and communication tasks This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a fast-paced, rewarding career opportunity.
