Responsibilities of a Body Shop Alignment and Frame Technician entail: * Accurately measure frames for mash, side sway, collapse, and diamond conditions * Complete alignments, section frames at factory specked areas, repair or replace defective mechanical parts * Repair, replace, and/or straighten frame rails. Straighten bent frames with frame straightening machine to factory specifications * Visually inspect parts after processing for defects. Identify nonconforming or defective components and take appropriate corrective action * Balance wheel assembly and apply weights as necessary * Operate a wheel polishing machine utilizing compound, buffing pads and a control panel * Communicate with parts personnel to order correct parts for the repair * Clean and treat wheels using a pressurized washer * Perform routine maintenance on polishing machines, including daily cleaning and routine lubrication * Perform other duties as assigned CIT Trucks, LLC provides a comprehensive wage and benefits package that includes: * Boot reimbursement of up to $150 annually * Prescription safety glasses reimbursement of up to $175 annually * Tool assistance program * Paid holidays and PTO * Choice between 3 wide-ranging medical plans with prescription coverage * Option to participate in HSA or FSA savings accounts * Access to dental and vision insurance * Short and long-term disability coverage * Company paid life insurance, as well as additional voluntary life insurance for self and family * 401(k) retirement planning that has a dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 4% Requirements: The requirements to be a Body Shop Alignment and Frame Technician: * Must be at least 18 years old * High School Diploma or GED preferred * Relatable experience preferred * Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT medical card
