Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Bulla Gastrobar (Aventura, FL) Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: 50 Hours/Week Join the Opening Team at Bulla Aventura! Bulla Gastrobar is bringing its lively Spanish dining experience to Aventura, FL , and we're seeking an experienced and passionate AGM to help lead our opening team. This is a full-time position for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant operations and bar management. What We Offer: * Competitive salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + performance-based bonus * $100 monthly dining credit at any of our 16 restaurants * 3 weeks and 4 days of paid vacation, plus paid holidays and sick days * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with up to 4% company match * Career advancement through our internal "Passport Program" Responsibilities: * Assist the General Manager with daily operations and team management * Lead the bar program: seasonal cocktails, inventory, ordering, and training * Drive sales and maintain cost controls in line with company goals * Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and food safety * Train and coach FOH team members; hold team accountable to performance expectations * Oversee scheduling, shift execution, and guest satisfaction * Address and resolve guest issues with professionalism and urgency Qualifications: * Minimum 3-5 years of full-service restaurant experience * At least 2 years of direct experience managing bar or beverage operations * Strong knowledge of inventory control, beverage costing, and mixology * Effective leadership, communication, and team-building skills * Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
