Duties * Provide visionary leadership to align organizational goals with community needs and organizational mission. * Develop and implement strategic plans that promote sustainable growth, operational excellence, and innovative programs. * Lead, motivate, and manage senior staff and teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. * Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, funders, and community leaders through effective negotiation and communication. * Oversee business development efforts to expand organizational reach, secure funding opportunities, and enhance service delivery. * Manage organizational operations efficiently by streamlining processes, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. * Drive project management initiatives from inception to completion while maintaining focus on impact and outcomes. Experience * Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in management, strategic planning, and operations management. * Demonstrated success in business development, including securing funding or partnerships that advance organizational objectives. * Extensive experience in negotiation with diverse stakeholders to foster collaboration and support organizational growth. * Strong background in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments. * Ability to lead complex projects while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of inspiring teams, fostering innovation, and driving organizational change. * Prior experience working within nonprofit or community-focused organizations is highly desirable.
