About the Role The Logistics Assistant supports fast-moving logistics operations by coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory levels, preparing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day supply chain activities. This role helps ensure on-time delivery, accurate records, and smooth warehouse and transportation operations. Job Duties * Get bill of lading ready for shipping department. * Coordinate with logistics for BOL issues. * Maintain inventory record. * Prepare shipment labels. * Update shipment status into the system. * Update shipment status with our Sales Representatives and our customers. * Follow up the unpicked-up orders with customers. Required Skills and Qualifications * Ability to work efficiently in a computerized environment. * Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
