Raceway Kia is looking to hire an A/B Automotive Technician to join our team in Conshohocken, PA! In order to be considered for this position, you MUST have prior automotive dealership experience. A / B Automotive Technician Job Qualifications * 3+ years of automotive technician / mechanic experience required * Previous Automotive Dealership Experience is required * Kia or Hyundai maintenance experience preferred * ASE or other automotive certifications is a plus! * Working knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance and diagnostic equipment * Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills * Attention to detail and able to be detail oriented * Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record A / B Automotive Technician Job Responsibilities: * Conduct a diagnosis of vehicles based on customer needs and initial inspection; document and outline services * Perform work as outlined on repair order in accordance with dealership and factory standards * Provide recommendations for any additional services needed based on initial inspection and assessment during service; communicate this information to service advisors * Road test vehicles to ensure repairs were completed successfully * Document all work performed and recommended on repair order and return completed documents to service advisor upon completion * Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer vehicles and service center * Attend factory-sponsored training courses * Abide by all attendance and work shift requirements We offer a variety of benefits , including but not limited to: * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off (including * holidays / vacations) * 401(k) contribution and assistance * Employee discounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid training Work Location: In person
