Find out more information at [please apply online] Position Overview iCode Pearland is seeking a friendly, reliable Campus Coordinator to support daily operations at our technology education campus. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with families, staying organized, and being part of a positive, student-focused environment. As the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, the Campus Coordinator helps create a welcoming experience while supporting basic administrative and customer service needs. No prior education or tech experience is required--we provide training. Campus Manager's main face to the customer ensuring they remain the top priority while balancing tasks and routines. The position involves talking to prospective parents and students about iCode methods and goals, giving campus tours, and helping enroll new students. Other duties include ensuring the classrooms and labs are organized and well maintained to ensure students have the best possible experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with kids, teens, and adults is a must. We are looking for a self-starter who can take initiative and solve problems independently to help keep our campus running smoothly Key Responsibilities: * Greet students and families and maintain a welcoming front desk * Answer phones, emails, and in-person questions in a friendly, professional manner * Assist with student check-in and check-out * Support enrollment, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks * Assisting in marketing * Communicate program information clearly to parents and guardians * Help keep the campus organized, safe, and running smoothly * Coordinate on-site and off-site events to promote iCode * Provide campus tours to prospective students and their families * Conduct weekly/monthly Inventory of all classroom and office supplies * Identify and resolve small operational or scheduling issues before they escalate * Take initiative to keep the front desk and campus organized and welcoming * Proactively communicate with instructors and leadership about any issues or needs Qualifications: * Strong sales skills with the ability to promote company programs and close enrollment sales * Social Media Marketing experience * Ability to quickly learn new operational systems and procedures * Strong communication and customer service skills * Reliable, organized, and able to multitask * Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, scheduling, data entry) * Enjoys working with children and interacting with families * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions * Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced, student-focused environment Previous front desk, child care, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
