As an Account Support Representative, you'll work directly with customers, offer helpful solutions, and support account setup while developing communication and relationship-building skills that translate into long-term career growth. What You 'll Do

• Assist new and existing customers by explaining Frontier services and account options
• Learn customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their lifestyle
• Build trust through friendly, professional communication
• Support account enrollment and follow-up
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals with your team
