Qualifications - Ability to smile and talk to customers to support our company programs - Supervisory experience in a retail setting for an Assistant Manager candidate - Strong customer service skills - Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operation - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient inventory management and control. * Supervise and train team members to enhance customer service and sales performance. * Manage cash register operations and maintain accurate financial records. * Implement effective communication strategies to foster a positive work environment. * Assist in purchasing decisions and stock replenishment to meet customer demand. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a customer-centric approach.
