Company: Oasis Marketing Inc Job Type: Full-time Employee Location: In-store retail sales (inside nationally recognized retail chains - in person only) Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (base pay) + weekly performance-based bonuses Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (including weekends and holidays) About the Company Oasis Marketing Inc is a wireless retail partner that operates inside major retail stores. We specialize in helping walk-in customers with wireless device sales, upgrades, and accessories. Our team focuses on providing excellent customer service and educating customers on the latest wireless products and services. About the Position We are hiring In-Store Wireless Retail Sales Representatives to work face- to-face with customers inside nationally recognized retail chains. This is an in-store, hourly base pay role with bonus opportunities -- not commission-only, and not door-to-door or business-to-business sales. As part of our team, you will help customers choose the right wireless products, service plans, and accessories, while delivering a positive and professional shopping experience. Responsibilities * Greet and assist walk-in customers in-store * Provide information on wireless phones, service plans, and accessories * Recommend personalized solutions to meet customer needs * Support customers through the sales and upgrade process * Maintain organized displays and ensure products are stocked * Process purchases, upgrades, and returns accurately * Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly sales goals * Stay current on wireless products, services, and promotions Requirements * 6+ months of experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts Compensation & Benefits * Hourly base pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience) * Performance bonuses: Weekly, based on meeting sales goals * Training: Paid training provided * 401(k) plan * Employee discounts on wireless products * Opportunities for career advancement * Supportive and inclusive team environment Job Location: In-person, in-store retail (not remote) Job Type: Full-time Shifts Available: Morning, Day, Evening If you enjoy helping customers, have a passion for technology, and thrive in a team-driven retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
