Summary 'Automotive Business Development Representative' is a vital role based in the US, located in Alma, MI where the dealership operates. This position plays a key part in expanding our customer base and strengthening our market presence by engaging with potential clients and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, texting, and emailing. * Engage with prospective customers via phone calls, internet leads, AI platforms and CRM tools. * Present vehicle options tailored to customer needs. * Set appointments for sales staff. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Promax. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Stay informed about automotive products, industry trends, and competitors. * Support marketing initiatives to attract new clients. * Create social media content via Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. * Set service appointments and follow up with service customers.
