This position plays a key part in expanding our customer base and strengthening our market presence by engaging with potential clients and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, texting, and emailing.

• Engage with prospective customers via phone calls, internet leads, AI platforms and CRM tools.
• Present vehicle options tailored to customer needs.
• Set appointments for sales staff.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Promax.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about automotive products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Support marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
• Create social media content via Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Set service appointments and follow up with service customers. Pay: $31,200.00 - $49,200.00 per year
