Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in managing sales activities, including outside sales efforts and B2B (business-to-business) engagements.
- Oversee management of key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention through effective account management practices.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and expanding our client base through targeted outreach and marketing strategies.
- Utilize analysis skills to monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the integration and utilization of technology tools such as Salesforce to streamline sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Foster a culture of leadership, collaboration, and innovation while maintaining high standards for negotiation, technical sales, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management roles with a strong background in sales leadership, especially in technology or technical sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, and business development with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent analysis capabilities to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
- Experience with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development, motivation, and conflict resolution.
