As a Sales Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners face-to-face, introduce them to an affordable alternative power solution, and set qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Your job is not to sell solar at the door or force buying decisions. Instead, you'll focus on educating homeowners, answering basic questions, and determining whether a homeowner qualifies and would benefit from a no-obligation consultation with one of our Solar Consultants. Energyze Power provides industry-leading training, mentorship, and career development to help you succeed--whether you're looking to grow into leadership or sharpen high-income sales skills. Daily Responsibilities * Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach to introduce Energyze Power's solar solutions. * Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar as an alternative to their current power provider. * Qualify homeowners and set appointments for Solar Consultants. * Follow proven scripts and processes while maintaining authentic, professional conversations. * Work afternoons and evenings to align with homeowner availability. * Participate in daily team meetings, sales training, and skill development sessions. * Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand presence. * Track performance and consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals. * Participate in travel opportunities as they arise. Who We're Looking For * Prior door-to-door, sales, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. * Comfortable knocking doors and engaging homeowners in conversation. * Resilient, coachable, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude. * Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus. * Willing to learn, memorize scripts, and apply feedback to improve performance. * Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Full-time availability (9-hour shifts), including evenings and occasional weekends. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
