Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour What you'll be doing as a Merchandising Retail Associate: * Responsible for assertive selling of merchandise through Cirque point of sale system * Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate * Collect payments, whether in cash or credit, and redeem coupons * Cross-sell products and introduce new ones * Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information * Greet customers when entering or leaving the merchandise area * Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas * Bag, box or gift-wrap packages * Handle merchandise returns and exchanges Available shifts: Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) , Weekends Job requirements: * Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information * Candidate must be outgoing, personable, vocal, energetic and willing to engage customers * Up-sell and sales experience preferred * Be comfortable working in a loud and fast pace environment efficiently * Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture.
