No. 9 of top global tire manufacture's USA's sales office in Walnut, CA is seeking a full time Staff Accountant. -Job Description: * Inventory Adjustment. * Prepares monthly Financial Statements and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner for CPA review. * Managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and General Ledger reporting. * Resolves outstanding payments through communication with departments, vendors, and others.* Follows up on past due accounts receivable. * Processes AP invoices. * Invoicing, processing/posting payment, Bank reconciliation and payment collection. * Perform requested or prepare reports for the management team. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. -Skills/Qualifications: * Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook * Strong grammar, and written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Bilingual in Mandarin and English. * Bachelor's Degree in accounting preferred. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting preferred.
