No. 9 of top global tire manufacture's USA's sales office in Walnut, CA is seeking a full time Staff Accountant. -

Job Description

:

• Inventory Adjustment.
• Prepares monthly Financial Statements and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner for CPA review.
• Managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and General Ledger reporting.
• Resolves outstanding payments through communication with departments, vendors, and others.
• Follows up on past due accounts receivable.
• Processes AP invoices.
• Invoicing, processing/posting payment, Bank reconciliation and payment collection.
• Perform requested or prepare reports for the management team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management. -Skills/

Qualifications

:

• Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong grammar, and written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting preferred. (Quickbooks, Bookkeeping, auditing, Accounting, General Ledger) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
