We are hiring an Event Marketing Assistant to support in-person promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing brands professionally, and gaining hands-on experience in event marketing. No prior experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, breakdown, and distribution of promotional materials at events
• Support event execution in coordination with account and campaign managers
• Represent client brands in a professional and courteous manner
• Engage with customers to provide information and support promotional activities
• Assist with campaign coordination and event logistics as needed
• Support sales and customer engagement efforts during promotional events
• Follow all company, client, and event guidelines

Qualifications

• Located in or able to commute to Iowa City for training and events
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, event-based environment
