The Role We're looking for a Senior Client-Facing Media Buyer with 5+ years of experience managing Google and Meta campaigns. You'll be responsible for performance, strategy, and client communication -- leading weekly calls, analyzing data, and ensuring every campaign is optimized for maximum ROI.You'll collaborate directly with our CRO and Creative Pods to align ads, funnels, and automations that scale client revenue month over month.If you're a data-driven marketer who can own both the numbers and the conversation, you'll thrive here. What You 'll Do * Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube * Lead weekly strategy and performance calls with clients * Audit campaigns regularly to optimize targeting, bids, and creatives * Translate performance data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams * Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to improve landing page performance * Track KPIs in ClickUp and deliver clean weekly reports * Maintain accountability for ROI, CPL, and conversion volume What You Bring * 5+ years of experience managing ad spend at scale ($50K+/month) * Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI in lead generation * Strong communication and client-facing skills -- comfortable leading calls * Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads * Experience in home services or contractor marketing is a plus * Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment * In-office (Orange, CA) for first 4 months, then hybrid Compensation * Base + performance bonuses tied to ROI and client retention * Top performers earn $90K-$140K/year * Path to Senior Account Director or Pod Lead after consistent results Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Experience: * Google and Meta Campaigns : 5 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Orange, CA 92866 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Orange, CA 92866: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
