Associate General Manager (Part-Time, Hourly) Hanu Miami Wellness Studio Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Part-Time | Hourly About Hanu Miami Wellness Studio Hanu Miami Wellness Studio is a premier wellness destination dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and community. We offer an elevated studio experience rooted in professionalism, warmth, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Part-Time Associate General Manager to support daily operations and help deliver an exceptional member experience. Position Overview The Associate General Manager (AGM) is a hands-on leadership role that supports studio operations, staff supervision, and customer experience. Working closely with the General Manager, the AGM helps ensure smooth daily operations while upholding Hanu Wellness ' high standards of service, organization, and professionalism. This is an hourly, part-time position ideal for a dependable leader with experience in hospitality, wellness, or customer-focused environments. Key Responsibilities Support daily studio operations including opening and closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Provide on-shift leadership and support to front desk staff and instructors Assist with staff onboarding, training, and scheduling support Serve as a visible, approachable leader for members and guests Address customer questions, concerns, and service recovery needs Support membership sales, renewals, promotions, and retail offerings Assist with inventory management, supplies, and vendor coordination Act as manager-on-duty when the General Manager is unavailable Qualifications Required: 2+ years of experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or customer-service management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Comfort with sales conversations and accountability Preferred: Prior supervisory or assistant management experience Experience in a yoga, fitness, or boutique studio environment Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling software Schedule & Work Environment Part-time, hourly position Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends Active, on-site role requiring standing, walking, and light lifting Why Work at Hanu Miami Wellness Studio Supportive, community-centered work environment Opportunity to grow leadership skills in a wellness-focused setting Be part of a high-quality, professional studio culture Meaningful work supporting health, wellness, and connection How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
