Front Desk Sales Associate - Massage Envy Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins (New Ownership & Culture) Pay: $18 -$20/hr Base + Commission + Bonuses | Average Total Pay: $23-$27/hr Massage Envy Northern Colorado is hiring Front Desk Sales Associates for our clinics in Greeley , Loveland , and Fort Collins under new ownership. As the first person clients see, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, educating guests about wellness options, and helping them stay consistent in their care. Responsibilities

:

• Greet guests, manage schedules, and process transactions
• Promote memberships, enhancements, and skincare products
• Communicate the value of massage and skin care as part of wellness
• Collaborate with therapists and managers to deliver exceptional service
• Keep the lobby area organized and welcoming

Compensation

:

• Base Pay: $18-$20/hour
• Commission: Earn for every membership and product sale
• Bonuses: Monthly performance-based incentives
• Average Total Pay: $23-$27/hour with all bonuses and commissions included
