For over 45 years, Eversoft has been a Southern California leader in the water filtration and water softening industry. Located in Long Beach, CA, we are recruiting for a Sales Manager to oversee a small team of sales reps as well as handle their own territory. This role involves daily travel to visit multiple locations, assess service opportunities, meet with customer owners/managers/representatives, elevate our brand image, collaborate with the operations team and manage the sales representatives. This position is available for a seasoned professional with strong experience in hospitality industries and who can leverage their leadership, sales and strong interpersonal skills into a promising future with Eversoft. Responsibilities include: * Be an ambassador for our brand. Promote Eversoft's value among not only our customer base, but with all stakeholders * Lead our sales team. Supervise, motivate and assist the sales team to meet performance and sales objectives. * Achieve sales growth. Successfully run your personal sales territory, including our national accounts, while simultaneously growing sales for the Company as a whole. * Become an expert on our water conditioning products and services. We will train you on the various ways how Eversoft will add value for our customers. * Use your relationship building skills. Identify key decision makers at potential customer locations and develop productive and profitable relationships. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED desired * 10+ years supervising 2 or more mid-level employees desired * Extensive experience working within Facilities Management for restaurant and/or hospitality industries desired * 15+ years of sales development experience desired * Professional sales experience within the restaurant and/or hospitality space a big plus * Valid driver license * Reliable automobile with ability to obtain necessary insurance levels * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a variety of personalities under both welcoming and resistant conditions * Extremely comfortable speaking one on one as well as within a group * People management experience in a sales environment * Proficient oral and written English communication skills required * Proficient in Microsoft Office software * Able to consistently drive for long periods of time * Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lb. occasionally * Able to lift and maneuver up to 30 lb. frequently The compensation for this position during the initial 12 months is comprised of a base salary plus a guaranteed minimum commission (earned or unearned).
