Job Overview We're hiring a Field Lead Setting Manager to lead, and energize a team of front-end consultants responsible for scheduling energy audits and consultations for insulation and window upgrades. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk position. You'll be responsible for: * Setting the tone in the field * Developing communication skill in others * Driving activity, consistency, and culture * Leading from the front, not from behind a screen If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy coaching people in real time, and believe culture is built through action, this role offers real ownership and upward mobility. What You 'll Be Doing * Leading a team of field-based appointment setters in assigned neighborhoods * Coaching communication, mindset, and daily execution * Running huddles, field check-ins, and skill development sessions * Holding the standard for professionalism, energy, and consistency * Working alongside your team in the field when needed * Partnering with leadership on hiring, development, and performance This role is about presence, pace, and example. Compensation This is a performance-based leadership role. Compensation includes: * Overrides on team production * Personal production opportunities * Clear pathways to increased responsibility and earnings as the team grows High-performing managers earn based on team output, leadership effectiveness, and consistency, not time clocked.
