Job Overview Outside Sales Representative - Elevate Workforce Location: Mobile, AL Compensation: Base Salary + Commission Elevate Workforce is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with a standout personality, strong energy, and a genuine passion for sales--especially within the construction and labor staffing sectors. Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing Elevate Workforce with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will work directly with construction and industrial clients to provide customized staffing solutions that support their workforce needs.
