We are continuing to expand in the Wilmington and surrounding Eastern North Carolina markets and are looking for an ambitious Home Improvement Sales Representative (confirmed appointments provided). In home sales experience and knowledge of the construction or bathroom remodeling process a plus, but more importantly, we are looking for individuals that take pride in their craft, enjoys keeping sales flowing, and enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the following to residential customers in the Wilmington and surrounding Eastern NC areas: * Personally selling in the home, providing company, product and process information and estimates. * Applying our proven sales closing techniques, offering solutions to customers' issues and objections. * Maintaining monthly and annual quotas. * Completing paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information. * Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction through all necessary follow-up and communications. Our Sales Representatives are provided: * Pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments / no cold calling. * A strong, professional, persuasive iPad presentation. * Training on our specialty products, our process, and our sales system. * Strong earning potential with a strong, growing bathroom remodeling company. Applicants should possess: * A professional attitude * Strong communication skills * Ability to quickly develop client trust and relationships * An outgoing, results-driven personality * Ability to close deals using proven tools and solutions * 3-5 years of in-home sales experience a plus, but not required * High school diploma or GED * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience: * in home: 1 year (Preferred) * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
