Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and proactive Time and Materials Sales professional to join our dynamic team! The T&M Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating service opportunities, and providing accurate quotes that align with both company standards and customer needs. This role involves planning and documenting all aspects of assigned projects, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely follow- up. You will work closely with the Service Manager to confirm project scope, pricing accuracy, and deliver efficient service solutions. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to technician recommendations and customer inquiries. * Conduct site visits as needed to prepare accurate proposals. * Prepare detailed T&M estimates for call-in customers and technician follow-ups, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. * Maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients in line with company values. * Update and manage contact and lead database in FieldServio. * Report service-related issues and T&M follow-up challenges to the Service Manager. * Stay informed on industry trends, technical developments, and regulatory changes. * Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures. * Maintain consistent attendance and professional conduct. Requirements * Preferred Experience: Power Generation or Mechanical background (Field, Shop, or Office). * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. * Ability to develop strategies for customer loyalty and account planning. * Knowledge of service agreements and estimation processes is a plus.
