Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person Pay: $60,000 - $130,000+ per year (Commission-Only, Uncapped)
Job Description
We are a fast-growing water, mold, fire, and smoke restoration company serving the Atlanta market. When emergencies happen, responsiveness and relationships matter, and we are building a sales team that understands urgency, consistency, and follow-through. This role is ideal for a self-starter with sales experience who wants autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and a long-term career in a recession-proof, AI-resistant industry. If you've succeeded in door-to-door, B2B, faith-based outreach, or relationship-driven sales , and you're comfortable starting early and showing up where it counts, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, real estate professionals, and other home-service partners
- Prospect daily through in-person visits, drop-ins, networking, and follow-ups
- Educate referral partners on our services and value proposition
- Represent the company professionally and confidently in the field
- Track activity, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools
- Remain responsive and available , including being on-call as needed to support time-sensitive opportunities
- Start early when required , early mornings are common, including 6:00am starts to deliver breakfast and attend 7:00am partner meetings
- Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of sales or relationship-based experience preferred
- Door-to-door, B2B, construction, solar, pest control, roofing, alarms, or outreach experience strongly preferred
- Highly self-motivated with strong discipline and follow-through
- Confident, likable communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Coachable, competitive, and resilient
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
