Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Rep to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sales field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a desire to learn about market dynamics, and an eagerness to contribute to our business development efforts. This position offers a flexible schedule and does involve some weekends. Candidates must have reliable transportation, as this position requires travel between three Costco locations. Duties * Generate leads for SunSetter products * Manage NoCo Awning and Patio's booth at 3 Costco warehouses * Engage with customers enthusiastically and generate interest in shade products * Utilize Wingen app to input customer details Qualifications * Strong interest in sales, with exposure to outside sales. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to be self motivated and drive sales through customer interaction. * Eagerness to learn about market trends and business development strategies. * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial but not required. This Position is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. Join us as we work together to drive success! Pay is $20 per hour with an additional $25 per entered, and confirmed lead that you generate, and an additional $50 per sold lead!
