Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Flexible working hours * Safe work environment * Business casual work attire Responsibilities: -Make warm and cold calls to find new sales opportunities-Quote and sell new business a - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers Requirements: - Licensed Personal Lines or property and casualty license is preferred. If not licensed, candidate will do cold call hand offs until licensed - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
