Job Overview We are hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Retail Sales & Marketing Trainees. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in retail sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This role focuses on in-store, face-to- face customer engagement , not digital or remote marketing. No previous experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training to help you build confidence, communication skills, and a strong foundation in sales and marketing.
