Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Coleman Equipment, Inc. This role is crucial in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers. Located in Easton, MO, you will play a key part in supporting our mission to meet the needs of our clients with top-notch construction equipment. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication. * Conduct warm calls to potential clients to identify their needs and present suitable solutions. * Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets. * Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the technical sales team to provide accurate product information and support. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients.
