Full description of the position

Join Vicostone USA, a globally recognized brand in engineered quartz surfaces, as a Territory Sales Representative. Seize this opportunity to be a key player in a dynamic and innovative company. Drive new business, foster lasting relationships, and become a valued ambassador of our industry-leading products. Responsibilities: * Generate new business through cold calling and prospecting potential clients. * Service existing accounts by providing product support, training, and consultation. * Achieve agreed goals and KPIs, including sales revenue, sales calls and customer service * Independently maintain and expand customer relationships within your assigned territory. * Attend trade shows and industry events as a brand ambassador for Vicostone. * Maintain a company vehicle and inventory of samples and marketing materials. Qualifications: * Required: Previous sales experience, clean driving record and proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite. * Preferred: College degree or equivalent. Benefits: * Competitive base salary plus monthly commission, potential earnings of $45,000 - $70,000 annually. * Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Company-provided vehicle, iPhone, laptop, and gas card for business purposes. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), with occasional Saturday shifts. Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager Travel: Occasional overnight travel required.
