We are growing company and we're looking to add a driven Home Buying Specialist to our team. What You'll Be Doing: A Home Buying Specialist is the final step in our sales process -- the closer. You'll meet with motivated homeowners who are looking for a convenient way to sell their home and create real win-win solutions. You'll be stepping into a solid, well-established inbound lead pipeline with consistent opportunities and a strong follow-up system already in place. This is a sales role. Your day-to-day will include * Meeting with sellers at their homes along the Wasatch Front * Working inbound leads * Completing follow-up calls * Closing deals What We Offer * $100,000 annual guarantee, with uncapped commission potential and OTE of $150K+ * Flexible schedule * Work from home * Company-paid real estate license education (120-hour course) * Co-Rental Ownership * Weekly Team Cash Drawings Responsibilities * Evaluate comparables, property value, and condition through research, communication, site walks, and market data * Build rapport with homeowners to overcome objections and get the contract signed * Follow up on all inbound leads and requests * Liaise between sellers and buyers for smooth transactions * Perform real estate due diligence and analyze local market trends * Prepare contracts, LOIs, and other required documentation Qualifications * 10+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of closing * Must live in Northern Utah * Ability to work full time * Real estate license preferred, not required (company will pay for coursework) * Driven, people-oriented, and solutions-focused * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional, confident phone presence About Us We're a fully remote team with a tight-knit, high-performance culture.
