Full description of the position
We are URGENTLY seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Waste Sales and Account Manager to join our growing team in the Denver, CO area What We Offer * Competitive base salary, up to 120k with uncapped commission structure. * Vehicle allowance and travel reimbursement. * Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.). * Career growth opportunities within a stable, expanding company. In this role, you'll develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and promote innovative products and services that help industries and municipalities manage plumbing safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers * Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. * Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and superior customer service. * Track market trends and competitor activities to inform territory strategy. * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience * Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex systems and solutions. * Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. * Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
