Salary: Market related Reference: JOB-37531 Flexible Packaging Account Executive - Remote Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Remote anywhere in the US Salary: Open to individual salary requirements, Base + commission Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive with expertise in sales within the flexible packaging industry. Must have a proven track record in packaging materials and printing and possess excellent negotiation skills. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and expanding market presence. Responsibilities: * Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Develop and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. * Utilize your knowledge of packaging technologies to provide innovative solutions. * Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Qualifications: * MUST have sales experience in the flexible packaging industry selling pouches, roll stock, laminations and pre zippered film. * Strong understanding of packaging materials and printing processes. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Experience attending industry trade shows and conferences.
