Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive Jet OUT's expansion. This sales-driven role focuses on lead generation, market research, and prospecting, targeting C-level decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals. The BDA will collaborate closely with Sales Directors, to guide qualified buyers through the sales cycle and secure commitments for Co-Ownership and Co-Lease. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Qualification: Conduct market research, engage in outbound prospecting, and execute targeted outreach to generate and qualify leads for Sales Directors. Outbound Engagement: Utilize various prospecting techniques with a strong emphasis on outbound calling to connect with key decision-makers. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales interactions and pipeline opportunities within HubSpot. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales Directors to develop and implement strategies for market growth. Business Development: Identify potential Jet OUT Owners and initiate conversations about Co-Ownership and Co-Lease to drive new business opportunities. Sales Cycle Support: Support the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to facilitating meetings for Sales Directors. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on aviation trends, market insights, and competitor offerings to enhance lead conversion and sales effectiveness. Event Representation: Represent Jet OUT at industry events, networking functions, and private aviation expos as needed. Core Competencies Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic sales environment and adjust strategies to maximize results. Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to achieve regional sales goals. Results-Oriented: Proactively drive lead generation and revenue growth. Service Excellence: Provide a concierge-level experience, understanding and addressing the needs of high-net-worth individuals. Curiosity: Continuously seek market insights and innovative engagement strategies. Qualifications & Experience 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (aviation experience a plus). Proven ability to engage C-level executives and high-net-worth individuals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated and goal-oriented with experience in outbound sales calls. Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot. Strong analytical skills to analyze market data and develop prospecting strategies. Professional presence and representation skills. Willingness to travel for industry events and customer meetings.
