This role focuses on prospecting new clients, building relationships, and closing sales. You'll work closely with our team to deliver solutions that help businesses communicate effectively and look their best. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, so your success directly impacts your earnings. Responsibilities * Identify and qualify prospective clients through research and outreach. * Build and maintain strong relationships via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. * Prepare quotes and manage orders for printing, signage, apparel, and promotional products. * Advise customers on strategies to achieve their goals. * Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in sales or account management (printing/signage industry experience preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects. * Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience a plus. * Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
