Job Title: Insurance Agent (Life & Health License Required Post-Hire) Location: Batesville, Arkansas Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Randy Reichardt Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, driven by success, and interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. While a Life & Health Insurance License is not required at the time of application, it must be obtained shortly after hire -- we'll support you through the licensing process.
