Management is responsible for the achievement of store production goals; maintenance of company culture; store personnel training and operations. Essential functions of this position include: * Driving sales through customer service and report analysis * Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the store * Upholding Company standards for merchandise presentation * Participating in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring for sales associates, installers and Window Tinters. * Issuing appropriate coaching to help team to excel in a commission base structure * Participates in providing marketing, merchandising and housekeeping direction and reinforcement to the rest of the team * Demonstrates proficiency in store balancing and closing paperwork/procedures as well as competency in POS and other standard store operational transactions * Insuring compliance to all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures We're looking for: * Prior successful Management experience required - 2 years minimum * Desire and commitment to growth * Effective interpersonal and communication skills * Customer service orientation * Consumer electronics experience/knowledge preferred * A willingness to learn and accept change * Demonstrated success in teamwork participation We've got the BEST in benefits: * Medical, Dental and Vision coverage plans for employees - 401k plan * Paid vacation program * Income potential above the industry average * Generous employee purchase program * Exceptional sales and incentive contests Drive In Autosound is an equal opportunity employer with a Drug free work place.
