Responsibilities * Develop new business in landscape maintenance, work, and construction * Target diverse sectors including retail, municipal, and other commercial properties * Navigate and build relationships with key decision makers * Conduct property assessments for landscaping needs * Drive 100% client renewal rates by maintaining long-standing relationships * Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients * Collaborate with the branch team to deliver seamless service execution * Participate in local community events to enhance business visibility * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the territory * Provide timely reports and feedback on sales activities to management Outside Sales/Territory Sales (Field Services sales exp. req.)
