Job Summary Olympic Behavioral Health is a private substance abuse and mental health treatment center located in Lake Worth, Florida seeking a Business Development Representative to help expand our referral network and strengthen partnerships across the community. This role focuses on non-paid, relationship-driven outreach to private employers, hospitals, employee assistance programs (EAPs), and other community partners. This is a fully remote position that includes local driving within South Florida for relationship-building and outreach efforts. Responsibilities * Build and maintain referral relationships with employers, hospitals, EAPs, and community organizations * Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth. * Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings * Share program information through educational materials and presentations * Track outreach activity, engagement, and referral trends * Collaborate with admissions and leadership teams to support organizational goals * Represent the treatment center with professionalism, compassion, and integrity Qualifications * Experience required (outreach, business development, community relations, or behavioral healthcare preferred) * Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills * Highly organized and comfortable working independently * Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude * Ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
