Job Summary

Olympic Behavioral Health is a private substance abuse and mental health treatment center located in Lake Worth, Florida seeking a Business Development Representative to help expand our referral network and strengthen partnerships across the community. This role focuses on non-paid, relationship-driven outreach to private employers, hospitals, employee assistance programs (EAPs), and other community partners. This is a fully remote position that includes local driving within South Florida for relationship-building and outreach efforts. The role focuses on non-paid, relationship-driven outreach to grow awareness and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with employers, hospitals, EAPs, and community organizations
• Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Share program information through educational materials and presentations
• Track outreach activity, engagement, and referral trends
• Collaborate with admissions and leadership teams to support organizational goals
• Represent the treatment center with professionalism, compassion, and integrity

Qualifications

• Experience required (outreach, business development, community relations, or behavioral healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
